  • Make sure that you have the definition copy-paste on a word doc

3. In Class Exercise
  • Compare services + capabilities of well known ORM companies
  • Choose 2 companies
    • Compare services - what do they offer to hotels
    • Why is it important to ROI
    • Which service would you choose - why?
    • What is the relationship of ORM to social media?
    • How would you use ORM in your hotel website, in your social publishing?  Maximize UGC?
  • Create a blog post on your ORM page
    • Work as individuals or teams of 2
    • You can create a Slideshare, which can be used in your Linked In Profile, if you wish
    • Be analytical - not just descriptive - this is MBA 2 work
    • The most insightful posts will be shared with the CEO and management of Review Pro
